ABOUT ME
I built Lavender, my 3rd startup, in just forty-five days at the height of the pandemic, all while nurturing a newborn in my arms.
I've turned obstacles into opportunities and built a career on redefining what's possible in healthcare. Along the way, I've become a trusted voice for innovation, equity, and nurse-led leadership. Today, I share 20+ years of hard-earned wisdom to help healthcare companies, founders, and bold clinicians spark new ideas, scale meaningful ventures, and create a more human, accessible future of care.
