A proud first-generation Yale-educated nurse and award-winning entrepreneur, Dr. Pritma Dhillon-Chattha has spent more than 20 years reimagining how healthcare works. From the bedside to the boardroom, she has led digital transformation initiatives across North America, founded multiple successful companies, and inspired a new generation of nurse innovators.

Today, she is the Co-Founder of Lavender, the largest nurse-led online psychiatry and therapy practice in the United States, and Founder & CEO of The IN Team, a global healthcare staffing company connecting U.S. organizations with top offshore talent from the Philippines and India.

Launched a full-service offshore staffing company for healthcare organizations to access high-quality, full-time remote talent. Serving over a dozen large clients with a team exceeding 60 virtual healthcare professionals.

Lavender — Co-Founder
March 2020 – Present | New York
Built and scaled the largest nurse-founded online psychiatry practice in the U.S., combining therapy and medication management in one visit. Lavender now operates across 30+ states with a 250-person team spanning the U.S. and Canada.

Healthgig — Co-Founder & CEO
Feb 2019 – Feb 2021 | Calgary
Developed a secure platform for healthcare credentialing and onboarding, later acquired by Apploi (NY).

Bombay Beauty Loft — Co-Founder & CEO

Founded a medical aesthetics & injectables studio focused on inclusive care for all shades of beauty; acquired by co-founder in 2021.

Alberta Health Services — Provincial Director, Electronic Quality & Safety
2015 – 2018 | Calgary
Led the creation of Canada’s first provincial eSafety framework during the largest EHR implementation in North America. Stood up the digital quality and safety team from ground up and implemented the framework across a system of 800+ sites and 120,000 staff.

The first medical professional hired by WestJet, Canada's second largest airline. I was tasked with building the company’s first occupational health program & team from the ground up, serving 8,500+ employees at the time.
