ABOUT ME
I launched my third healthcare startup, Lavender, in forty-five days at the dawn of the pandemic with a newborn baby in tow.
I've accomplished every goal of mine despite some challenging obstacles. By demand, I've become an educational and inspirational resource within the industry, so I'm sharing 20+ years of wisdom in my relentless pursuit of more equity, access and innovation for BIPOC nurses and their ambitious endeavors. I work with healthcare companies, CEO's, and bedside entrepreneurs to spark innovation and scale great ideas.
